Recommendations come first
Affiliate commissions do not determine whether a product should be recommended.
Our goal is to recommend hardware only when it is relevant to the problem being discussed and when purchasing something may genuinely make sense.
If a problem can reasonably be solved through troubleshooting without buying new hardware, our guides should make that clear.
